RETURN POLICY

GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

Contact Spectra Chrome via email.

In case equipment is damaged during shipping, we ask that you provide pictures of the described damage. Based on the severity of the damage; Spectra Chrome will authorize, at our discretion, either a full replacement of the damaged equipment OR replacement part(s) that will bring the equipment back to full working order.

In either case (full replacement OR partial replacement of damaged parts), you will be asked to send the damaged item(s) back to Spectra Chrome. Spectra Chrome will authorize a Return Authorization Number and will help to make return shipping arrangements, to be paid by Spectra Chrome, LLC.

In the case of damaged solutions or chemistry, we will ask you to provide pictures of the described damage. Spectra Chrome will authorize a replacement of the individual solution(s) that have been damaged.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Contact Spectra Chrome via email.

Paint and/or silvering solution(s) found to be defective or unusable will be replaced during the first 30 DAYS after delivery.

In the case of factory defects found in equipment, a claim of defective equipment must be made to Spectra Chrome, LLC within the first 30 DAYS after delivery. You will be asked to describe the defect(s) and provide pictures of the defect(s). Based on this provided information, if Spectra Chrome deems the described defect(s) to be caused by faulty manufacturing on behalf of Spectra Chrome; we will authorize, at our discretion, either a full replacement of the defective equipment OR replacement part(s) that will restore the equipment back to full working order.

You will then be asked to send the defective item(s) back to Spectra Chrome. Spectra Chrome will authorize a Return Authorization Number and will help to make return shipping arrangements, to be paid by Spectra Chrome, LLC.

RETURNING NON-DAMAGED, NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

ALL sales of Spectra Chrome products are final. Spectra Chrome does NOT offer refunds or returns for ANY product(s) solely based on a customer’s changed mind, or other reason(s) NOT related to product defect(s) or shipping damage. With an awareness of this policy, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to use discretion before purchasing.

By making a purchase with Spectra Chrome, the customer agrees to these described terms and the conditions of the Return Policy.
